Meet the Founding Team

How Brauni was born

Brauni is born of a specific need: friendly psychologists needed a reliable and secure system to manage their practice, and found nothing in the market they could trust. Generic tools that processed clinical data without warranties, scattered sheets, or software designed for other countries and other professions.

It began as an internal project, built for them. But as they used it and recommended it, we saw that the problem was much bigger than a group of friends: it was from an entire profession. That's where we decided to turn it into what it is today, a platform to help more psychologists in Argentina work with tools to match their professional responsibility.

That's why Brauni wasn't first designed as a business: it was first designed as something that people we want to trust.

Agustín Torres

Co-Founder · IA Clinic

It builds AI systems in production since 2023. At EY it architectured networks of AI agents and enterprise-level RAG systems, low standards of AI governance, compliance and risk management. Today it is Senior AI Engineer in Pomelo, where the AI operates on sensitive financial data, and teaches AI Applications Development at the UTN FRBA e-Learning Center since 2024.

In Brauni leads clinical AI: every AI functionality is designed with the governance and privacy practices required by regulated environments.

Manuela Poustis

Co-Founder · Product and Architecture

Architect of solutions in Santander Tecnología Argentina, where she leads the design of critical banking architectures with a focus on scalability and security. Previously she built frontends for banking applications at Technisys and led complete product projects as a full-stack developer and designer UX/UI.

At Brauni he designs the product experience and platform architecture, with the same quality and accessibility standards as banking software.

José Ignacio Rojas

Co-Founder · Infrastructure and Security

Senior Solutions Architect at DirMOD. Before that he spent almost three years at Netrix Global leading security architectures at AWS: business firewalls, cloud networks, complete migrations of datacenters and infrastructure pipelines as code with Terraform.

At Brauni he designed the platform's AWS infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD. The same discipline he applied to protecting enterprise client applications today protects your clinical data.
