Is it safe to use artificial intelligence with my patients' data?

Yes. AI only accesses the data you explicitly share through @mentions and context selection. Processes information in real time but does not retain memory between conversations or learn from your data. Clinical data is encrypted with Fernet (AES-128) at the application level and also operates on infrastructure with rest encryption and TLS 1.3 in transit. They are never used to train AI models - neither ours, nor Google models, nor anyone else's.

Do I need a credit card to try Brauni?

Accepted Answer

No. You start the 30 days of trial only with your registration, without charging any cards. If you want to continue at the end, add a payment method and choose your plan. If you do not add it, the account simply pauses: there are never surprise charges.

Question 3

Can I export my data if I decide to leave the platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request a complete export of your clinical data (patient records, session notes, documents) in standard formats such as CSV, JSON and PDF. Documents and files are delivered in their original format. Your data is always yours.

Can other therapists or clinical practices view my patient data?

Accepted Answer

No. The system applies strict data isolation on user account. Each patient, session, document and note record is linked to your user ID. Property validations are executed in each request - your data is completely invisible to all other users of the platform.

Can I issue AFIP invoices from Brauni?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Brauni generates electronic Type C invoice directly from the platform, ideal for monotributist psychologists. Complete the patient's data, select the service concept and the invoice is issued in seconds. No need to enter the AFIP portal separately.

Does the annual plan have a discount?

Yes. With annual invoicing you pay the equivalent of 10 months and use the 12: it is 2 months free. In numbers, the Initial Plan is $150 per year and the Expert Plan is $350 per year.

Yes. All new users receive 30 days of free trial with all the features of the Expert Plan, no matter what plan you choose. We do not ask for credit card to start. Cancel any time before you finish to avoid charges.

What can the Brauni AI Assistant do?

The assistant helps you with clinical analysis, session note writing, patient evaluation and therapeutic orientation. You can mention patients or sessions as context and consult him about treatment strategies or clinical documentation. Also, use your professional profile - therapeutic approach and methodology - to customize the suggestions to your way of working.

Can I record audio and have Brauni transcribed it automatically?

Yes. You can upload audio recordings (MP3, WAV, OGG, WebM, FLAC, M4A, AAC, up to 25 MB) and the system automatically transcribes them using artificial intelligence. Transcriptions are stored encrypted, can be edited and linked to session notes or used as context for the AI wizard.

What subscription plans are there and what do they include?

Two plans, both with Google Calendar synchronization and all the main functions included. Initial Plan (USD $15/month): up to 10 patients, 10 GB of storage, 6.000.000 IA/month tokens and 50 WhatsApp messages. Expert Plan (USD $35/month): unlimited patients, 30 GB of storage, 22.500.000 IA/month tokens and 160 WhatsApp messages. You can pay for them per month or per year, and the annual plan includes 2 months free.

How do reminders work via WhatsApp?

Brauni sends reminders via WhatsApp fully configurable. You can choose by patient if they are sent for all sessions, only for punctual appointments such as initial interviews, or only when the schedule is out of the ordinary. Each message includes appointment, time and location. You define the rules and Brauni takes care of the rest.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. The Brauni agenda is bidirectionally synchronized with Google Calendar. The quotes you create in Brauni automatically appear in your Google calendar, and vice versa. Available in all plans, including the Initial Plan.
